Exceptional Service and a Great Stay

I recently stayed for one night and was genuinely impressed by the wonderful staff, especially the manager who helped with a billing issue. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay enjoyable. However, the pool area was closed, which was a bit disappointing as we had hoped to use it. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I really enjoyed the spacious room with two queen beds and the lovely morning coffee at breakfast. The indoor pool and sun terrace provided great spots to relax and unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was the billing confusion when I checked in, but it was handled eventually. 😊

The pool area provides a decent space for a splash, but keep your head on a swivel—unruly kids can turn it into a chaotic zone. Close proximity to local attractions makes it convenient for outings.

Encountering closed kitchens during the advertised open hours is frustrating, particularly when you're craving a late-night treat. Also, the lingering mold smell in some rooms, especially on the fourth floor, is a significant issue for those sensitive to allergens.

The king room was super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a fridge. The bathroom had a nice shower and free toiletries. The pool was huge with a spa area. Had a great breakfast with an omelette station and fresh coffee. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout.
